Payment: Full payment must be received within five (5) business days of returning the signed contract. All deposits are non-refundable.
Failure to pay: If Client fails to pay any amounts which become due under this contract, or if 4 Point Group retains legal representation to protect its interest with respect to this contract, Client shall be liable to pay any and all costs incurred by 4 Point Group in enforcing any term, or collecting any fees under this contract, including legal representation fees, collection fees and expenses. This contract is governed and construed in accordance with English law and any action by and between the parties arising from this contract must be brought in an English court of law.
Cancellation: Substitute attendees are welcome up to 24 hours prior to the event. Cancellations must be received in writing no less than 3 weeks prior to the start of the conference; a full credit voucher towards a future 4 Point Group conference will be issued. Any cancellation received less than 3 weeks prior to the start of the event shall be deemed to be a breach of this contract by client, and accordingly, no credits will be given.
Cancellation of program: If, for any reason, the programme is not held or is rescheduled, 4 Point Group’s liability is limited to a credit towards a future programme.
Indemnity: Client hereby indemnifies and holds 4 Point Group harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses, including legal fees, which are incurred by Client, its agents, employees and guests.
Programme Changes: 4 Point Group Reserves the right to make changes in its programs and speakers, or to cancel, postpone or reschedule programmes if enrolment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. If the programme is not held for any reason, our liability is limited to a credit voucher for only the programme fee.
Alteration to advertised package: every reasonable effort is made to adhere to the advertised package, but any package may be altered or parts omitted or dates changed for any reason which 4 Point Group, in its absolute discretion, deems to be just and reasonable, or when conditions beyond its control prevail.
